стоимостная таможенная оценка на условиях ФОБ (свободно на борту). Оценка товара на границе страны, экспортирующей его.Производится на основе внутренней цены с добавлением стоимости доставки товара до таможенной границы, включая экспортные пошлины. При внешнеторговых сделках на условиях ФОБ продавец освобождается от обязанностей, связанных с погрузкой товаров на борт судна или другого транспортного средства. При составлении платежного баланса МВФ (International Monetary Fund) рекомендует на условиях ФОБ исчислять также и объем импорта. Это означает, что все дополнительные расходы по перемещению импортных товаров учитываются применительно к местам их погрузки. Унификация методов оценки перемещающихся через границу товаров обусловливается только необходимостью достижения сопоставимости импортных и экспортных цен. При внешнеэкономических сделках расчеты за поставляемые из-за рубежа товары осуществляются на практике на условиях СИФ (c.i.f. value( cost, insurance and freight)). В этом случае права собственности на импортные товары переходят в пункте назначения (таможенной границе страны-покупателя). Практически сделки на условиях СИФ означают, что продавец передает покупателю не только документы на получение товара, но и страховой полис (policy) и коносамент (bill of lading).English-Russian explanatory dictionary of the external economic terms > free on board value
